Information
Over the years we have discussed additions and changes
to the Association By-Laws. Our original
by-Laws were written and adopted in 1948 by our founders. There have been some minor changes proposed
over the years, however it became clear that these changes and proposals were
buried in meeting minutes of Association Board and membership meetings.
At the Spring Executive Board
Meeting, President Dennis Florea, formed
a committee to study and update our By-Laws.
A committee of Mitch Wisniewski, Jay Barnes, Damion
Pasternak and Ray Jorz started the daunting task of updating our original
By-Laws. Over a period of several weeks
after much research we re-wrote this document.
We want the input and opinions of the entire membership before it is
finalized and presented at the September membership meeting. Once it is accepted by the membership at
the meeting it must then pass review and be accepted by our parent body, the
IAI, before it goes into effect.
